Executive Vice President and Spokesperson

Vivien Fan

Vivien Fan is currently the Executive Vice President of the Administration Center and Spokesperson at UBI Pharma. She graduated from Oregon State University in the United States with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Fan joined United Biomedical, Inc., Asia in January 2013 as Deputy Director of the Administrative Division. She was responsible for reorganizing the businesses and employees divisions into the Group’s subsidiaries, United BioPharma and UBI Pharma. In addition, she took part in the establishment of these two subsidiaries, and built the human resources and administrative teams of these companies. Ms. Fan was transferred to UBI Pharma on March 1, 2015, after its establishment in 2014. She was put in charge of Human Resources, Executive Departments, and Public with Investor Relations. Due to her efforts, She was later promoted to her current position.

Ms. Fan has nearly 30 years of practical experience in human resources, general administration and public affairs relations. Before joining United Biomedical Group, she worked as senior human resources and administrative director at ITRI, United Epitaxy located in the Hsinchu Science Park, the Economic and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Seattle, USA, and High Power Optoelectronics at Taichung Science Park. Since the spin off and establishment of the company, Ms. Fan has been responsible for leading the human resources and administrative team. She was later promoted to the executive Vice President of the administrative management center and served as the company’s spokesperson. She established a human resources and administrative team for the development of the company. In each period, she is responsible for adjusting organizational structure, formulate business management strategies, shaping corporate image, enhances teamwork, promote employee participation, strengthens corporate culture, and implement sustainable development.
